2024-2025 Program Book Fundraiser

Thank you so much for considering sponsoring Sounds of South for our 2024-2025 Season with a donation or an advertising purchase in our 80+ page program book. Debuted at the fall musical, our annual publication is available free-of-charge to all patrons of our concerts and events throughout the year. Your generosity enables us to continue to provide educational, performance, and travel opportunities for our award-winning choir!
New This Year!
We are using GiveButter.com as our platform this year to process our sponsorships, and now can offer a variety of payment methods, including credit card, Venmo, PayPal or check! Paper sponsorship contracts are now obsolete (However, if your business requires an invoice or contract in order to provide support, please contact us [email protected] and we will be happy to provide this.)

Important Things to Note About our Give Butter Sponsorship Form
- You can add a message for the student you are sponsoring. This will be sent to the student, but will not appear in the program book.
- GiveButter doesn’t charge us a platform fee to use their service, but you will be given an opportunity select a “tip” amount that goes directly to them; you can enter $0 in the field if you wish.
- In the check-out window, you can determine whether or not you would like to cover our credit card processing fees or not. Select edit to toggle your selection.

Submitting Digital Artwork
Digital artwork (preferred) for ad sponsorships should be emailed to:

Accepted file formats are PDF or JPG. The image should 300 dpi at the ad size purchased.
Ads will print in black and white; if color is present in your file, it will be converted to greyscale. If your file is too large for emailing, you may send a Dropbox link or wetransfer.com link to the email address.
Submitting Hardcopy Artwork
If you indicated that you would send hardcopy artwork (including business cards to be scanned), please mail your ad or design elements to:

We will also have a drop-off box available for Sounds of South students/families in the choir room during camp week.
Free Tickets to our Fall Musical!
All sponsorships of $100 or more will receive two free tickets to our fall musical. A ticket redemption (coupon) code will be sent to you in late September, 2024, which can be redeemed for advanced tickets at bctboxoffice.org or at the door on the evening of the performance.
Charitable Giving Info
- All donations (excluding ads) are tax deductible for individuals as allowed by law.
- If you elected to receive free tickets to the musical, the deductible portion of your donation will be reduced by $50, the fair market value of two tickets.
- If you elected to not receive tickets, no goods or services of any kind will be transferred to you and the full amount is deductible.
